i have lots of thoughts and feelings right now that i will elaborate on later, i'm just making this thread now so i remember to post quick updates

vytas needs to GO, and even if we can't get colby to vote with me/nat/malcolm we're going to let it tie anyway and go to rocks if necessary which i don't even mind doing, i would be honored to be a purple rock elim
but i think colby would probably switch votes to avoid rocks anyway

okay yeah no one wants to read all of that, but all of that is basically what i've been working on for the past 3 days or so
the next two rounds are do-or-die, if they go according to plan then i feel really good about my chances of making it to the end

my second thoughts are kicking in yet again
are you there god? it's me kelly why did you make me so terrible at making decisions
i want to trust malcolm, he seems very straightforward and not very tactical or manipulative or likely to be pulling a fast one on me but now that i think about it, there will most likely be 3 original kidds at the postmerge and i think malcolm is easily impressionable and they might be able to get him to flip back to them, idk. on the other hand, there are no original lowes left besides vytas/denise assuming chet leaves on the other tribe and they probably would be more likely to stick with me/colby/nat considering they have nowhere else to go

edgardo is pretty much a lost cause RIP sweet prince
i don't blame him for doing what he had to do to survive but he is definitely 100% with that side going forward

i think, at this point, i'm going to just go through with this plan to get vytas out because i really can't flake for the 2nd time in a row especially because this is what i've been vocally gunning for since the tribe swap. i also have almost no relationship with vytas so it's probably not best for my game to keep him around when i'm probably disposable to him. i also trust colby for the most part, and i feel bad for questioning his motives before. ideally i would want a final 5 of me/nat/colby/malcolm/denise (so yes that would entail a very boring pagonging) but before that's possible i also need to try to get denise on board with the vytas plan just so we're a unified front, i don't want her flipping to that side after merge just because she feels betrayed. i think she would be persuadable though, because i know she has some concerns about vytas after what kathy said and she also realizes that malcolm would be a "loyal pawn" for us (that's in her words)

colby and i always just miss each other when we're online AIM but we've been communicating by leaving offline messages and he seems like he's on board to vote vytas but obviously i still need to talk to him more to finalize this. also it'd be better if he spoke to denise about it because he's probably on better terms with her.

ideally this goes through, and then hopefully we're all on board with the plan of getting edgardo to give his idol to malcolm by basically pulling a JT on him by making it seem like malcolm only survived because he played his own idol (which he actually does have, and only i know about it so far i think, which is extremely powerful information) and that he would vote with that side as long as he was given insurance in the form of edgardo's idol. at that point i see no conceivable way for that side to get the numbers over us after merge and i'll be sitting pretty for a while
