Also if someone is being pulled out by someone else can they push someone off at the same time? Nope. Similarly, you have to wait an hour to pull a tribe mate back to their plank. So if Dan is pushed off his plank at 10:00, Will cannot pull him back to the plank at 10:00. You must wait until 11:00. |

Do you have to pull tribemates back in ON the hour as well, or can they be pulled back in anytime within the hour?

All three actions (including pulling people back onto the plank) have to happen on the hour.
any actions taken after the hour won't count. :)I will get a tally up of who's where before the next hour.

Some clarifications that I've been asked about in the past bit.
- The Lowe advantage: You may use the advantage at any hour you like. You must wait four hours after you use it though. And you can use any combination of actions with your two actions (push two people off, pull two people back on etc).
- If you're pulled onto the plank, you may not perform an action on the same minute. You must wait one hour to perform an action.
- If someone pushes you off the plank at :00, you will perform your action (as long as you posted it on :00), even if you were pushed off before.

Another clarification:
If you think someone is going to be pulled back up in an hour, you can't push them back in on the same hour. So, if Will is pulled back up at 11:00, he cannot be pushed back in until 12:00.
